Remember those family vacations you tried to forget? Don’s memories of family road trips come to life as he travels cross-country to scatter his father’s ashes. Packed with rollicking good humor, this celebration of family reminds us that sometimes the journey is more important than the destination.



Who: All Starlight Families!  (Appropriate for Children ages 10 & up)

What: Taproot Theatre Company’s Production of "Leaving Iowa"

When: Thursday, May 31st at 7pm

Taproot Theater
204 N. 85th Street
Seattle, WA 98103

From I-5 (north or southbound):
  • Take the North 85th Street exit and go west on North 85th for about two miles, crossing Aurora Avenue and Greenwood Ave.
  • The theatre is ½ block west of Greenwood Ave.
Parking is limited in the area. Taproot Theatre has an agreement with Fred Meyer who has agreed to allow Taproot patrons to use parking stalls at the south end f their lot bordering 85th. There is also a pay lot on 85th behind Chase Bank.
